By enrolling in this Payment Plan, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms:


**1. Payment Obligation:**
- You commit to making a total of 12 monthly payments as specified in the SproutED membership agreement.
- Payments are due on the specified date each month throughout the 12-month period.


**2. Membership Benefits:**
- Your participation in the Payment Plan grants you access to the benefits and services as outlined in the SproutED membership agreement.


**3. Payment Authorization:**
- By enrolling in the Payment Plan, you authorize Bearbower Company LLC dba Small Shop Strategies to automatically charge your chosen payment method on the specified payment date each month.


**4. Payment Method Updates:**
- You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your payment information. Any changes or updates to your payment method should be communicated promptly to Bearbower Company LLC dba Small Shop Strategies.


**5. Non-Refundable:**
- Payments made under this Payment Plan are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or withdrawal from the Payment Plan, no refunds will be issued for payments made.


**6. Default:**
- Failure to make a monthly payment may result in suspension of SproutED membership benefits. If you miss a payment, please contact Bearbower Company LLC dba Small Shop Strategies promptly to rectify the situation.


**7. Membership Termination:**
- Bearbower Company LLC dba Small Shop Strategies reserves the right to terminate your SproutED membership if you fail to adhere to the Payment Plan terms or engage in any behavior that violates SproutED's code of conduct or mission.


**8. Communication:**
- Bearbower Company LLC dba Small Shop Strategies may contact you via email or other provided contact information to communicate important updates, reminders, or information related to your SproutED membership and payments.


**9. Personal Information:**
- Your personal information will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be reviewed on our website.


**10. Governing Law:**
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Iowa. Any disputes arising from or related to this Payment Plan will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in state of Iowa.

- Bearbower Company LLC dba Small Shop Strategies reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through our official website.


By enrolling in the 12-Month Payment Plan for SproutED Membership with Bearbower Company LLC dba Small Shop Strategies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
